Stress and Depression
Stress is something everyone deals with—whether it’s due to careers or family or aging, or more serious issues like illness or major life changes.
Stress can be eased rather simply by:
- Eating healthy
- Scheduling down time for yourself
- Getting regular exercise
- Getting enough sleep
